Clean your product with a damp (not wet) clean cloth that you have previously moistened in a mixture of warm water and soap.

Your order is usually handed over to our shipping service provider within 24 hours.

Within Germany: Free shipping, delivery is usually after 3-5 working days*.

Within Europe: We charge a flat rate of 5€ for shipping within Europe. The delivery usually takes place after 3-7 working days*.

Rest of the world: We charge a flat rate of 10€ for shipping to all countries outside Europe. The delivery usually takes place after 8-14 working days*.

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can easily cancel your order free of charge by e-mail.

Unfortunately it is not yet possible for us to cover the costs for the return shipment, we hope for your understanding.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service in advance. You can find the contact form in the Recall section. A refund of the purchase price is no longer possible after expiry of this period.
